As a company, RTS operates in and draws strength from the communities around us and in which we work. Sharing our skills and resources with the communities where we live, work and do business is a key element of our corporate responsibility.
While our community support efforts are diverse, the goal is to build a strong, collaborative relationship in the social and business communities where we operate. Our aim is to add value to important community initiatives while enhancing our own understanding of the people and places we serve.
We fulfill our responsibilities to serve and strengthen communities through a variety of corporate initiatives and actions. We encourage RTS employees to volunteer by enabling them to take a minimum of one business day per year to volunteer.
