Retro-Tech Systems, Inc. began its operations in Chicago, Illinois in 1993 with founders Kurt T. Minko and Gary E. Maynard. In 1995, Retro-Tech Systems, Inc. expanded into its first new market by opening an office in Detroit, Michigan and in 1998 further growth justified the opening of our Gulf South office in New Orleans, Louisiana, which later relocated to Laurel, Mississippi. In 2000, the opportunity arose to merge Retro-Tech Systems, Inc. with Interlocken Lighting Services of Orlando, Florida and Phoenix, Arizona. The merger of these two companies immediately provided Retro-Tech Systems, Inc. with national exposure and offices in five states.

Each of the principals is actively involved in the daily operations of Retro-Tech Systems, Inc. Kurt Minko, Stuart Kirscht, and Steve Rosholt are responsible for the engineering and design of the lighting systems, and partnership sales. Gary (Buck) Maynard is responsible for the day-to-day management of Retro-Tech Systems, Inc.'s operations, purchasing, and installation of all lighting systems.

Retro-Tech Systems, Inc.'s Sales, Operations, and Administration staff has been hand selected by the principals based on outstanding qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated ability to excel in their given field of expertise.
