Welcome to RTS!

It's very true that you're no better than the company you keep. That's what makes us so very fortunate at Retro-Tech Systems. Over our 19-year history we've been blessed with the opportunity to work with so many good customers and employees.

It's been great working with building owners and our ESCO partners. As we have worked together, we've come to understand their lighting challenges and come up with solutions for those challenges using the most energy efficient technologies. Once we've found a solution, we put them into place, using the highest quality and most efficient installation methods.

We cherish the opportunity to work on a team that has chemistry, competency and character. It's what makes our work so enjoyable and productive. And as we've worked to solve the challenges of our customers, we've formed lifelong bonds with one another. Our culture is built around TEAM, something that comes only by all of us working together. It's the way we achieve the quality our customers deserve.

Saving our customers money, lowering pollution in our world and providing quality jobs that support our communities is all a part of the Win-Win-Win at RTS. We continually strive toward new opportunities in the energy efficient lighting market, and we continue to grow and challenge ourselves to be better than we are today.
